Howard Dean lead the way for Obama to raise funds on the internet, and woke up the potential Democratic voters in many forgotten states. Well done Dean! Now how about Dean for HHS.

Looks like Dean’s 50 state strategy won the day. Since he took over the Chairmanship of the DNC in February 2005, Dean has been building the state organizations. With paid full-time staffers in every state, training other field operatives and volunteers, the Democratic party has been working to turn red states purple and blue. AND IT WORKED!

We now have won back the senate, with 49 Democratic Senators against 49 Republicans, but with 2 Independents who vote with the Democrats, 233 in the House of Representatives, (against 201 Republicans), and there are 28 Democratic governors. Democrats also control state legislative bodies 54 to 41… Democrats control state legislative seats 3,964 to 3,307.
